
"The primary materials are painted 1/2" plywood and 1/4" MDF. The joints of the entire system rely on friction only with no glue or fasteners. The overall size is basically 10'x10'x10'. The machine has held up admirably during this past month of cutting over 25 4'x8' sheets of material. I'd estimate that we've been able to maintain a tolerance of +/- .003" which has been critical since we are counting on that tight fit."
